Hi I cannot get into my E 92 2010 plate boot. My battery was flat completely to the point where even after using jumper cables for over two hours only the ignition would start and the starter would take a few times but there was no way near enough power for it to fully start after removing my battery and taking it to the car garage they said it was 100% flat but they charged it over 24 hours and now said it had enough power I got back and the problem is I ended up closing the boot and there is no way to get inside the boot without power to the car and the problem is I’ve taken the battery out. I then tried to use the direct port at the front of the car underneath the bonnet lid where it has a positive connection and I asked the vehicle. There was a slight spark which shows that there is some sort of connection but once again, there is not enough power to actually pop the boot. I do not know know how to get into the car and need some help.

I have a 2016 BMW 2 Series (F23) convertible. The windscreen washer sprays only a very weak dribble while the headlight washers work fine. I disconnected the hose to the windscreen washers near the bonnet and blew some air into it using a compressor - this temporarily cleared the line and gives strong flow for a few seconds before it then blocks up again. I believe the strainer/intake on the washer pump or debris in the tank is causing the issue. I’d like someone to come to my home and: ✅ Access the washer tank via the front left wheel arch ✅ Inspect and clean the pump strainer/intake ✅ Flush any debris from the washer reservoir ✅ Re-test to make sure windscreen sprays strongly consistently ✅ Advise if any parts are needed (pump or strainer) Please bring suitable tools (jack, stands, trim tools, etc).

have a 2018 BMW 530e (G30) showing: • “Emergency Call System not available” • “Tyre Pressure Monitor (RDC) failure” Main 12V battery was replaced last year.
