The product is called eonon Q65Pro (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Q65Pro-Android-CarPlay-Stereo-Headunit/dp/B09M7DWJ8W/) and there are several videos online about installing it and should be quite straightforward The reverse camera will require running the wire from the back to the head unit and also drawing power from something other than the reverse light.
