have no power to the alarm., flashing lights on dash to indicate alarm is active has no power also when you switch ignition on dash comes on but immobiliser is still active unable to start also fuel pump does not come on indicating alarm is still active. Maybe connection issue at ignition?

Citroen c3vtr 2010 alternator belt replacement

I have a Vauxhall Vectra VXR. The interior blower fan for the hot / cold air keeps coming on intermittently even when the car is off and keeps draining the battery. I think possibly a broken wire or short circuit some where. The blower fan was recently replaced as the previous fan had failed. The new heater blower works fine but for whatever reason after a while it just comes on intermittently when the car is off. From what I have researched it seems that the person who fitted the new blower fan may have broken a wire or damaged the wiring from the connector. Many thanks
