I’m looking for someone with strong IKEA assembly skills plus some basic carpentry experience to help create a built-in-looking wardrobe, desk and storage system along one wall. I already have all the main components, including: IKEA PAX wardrobe units An IKEA chest of drawers that will form the base/support for part of the desk A desktop / trestle-style worktop Shelving A few wall-hung storage units The idea is to bring all of these separate pieces together into one clean, cohesive system against a single wall, creating a compact wardrobe + desk + storage area. Most of the job is assembly, positioning, fixing and wall mounting, rather than full bespoke carpentry. However, I do need someone who is comfortable doing some light custom work where necessary — for example cutting the desktop to the correct size, making small adjustments, adding timber/filler pieces or otherwise modifying things slightly so that everything fits neatly together and feels intentional rather than like a collection of separate IKEA units. It’s a relatively small space and not a major carpentry project, but I’m looking for someone a bit more capable than a standard flat-pack assembler — ideally someone who is confident with IKEA systems, accurate cutting, fixing into walls and small bespoke finishing details. The goal is for the finished installation to feel clean, integrated and as close to built-in as reasonably possible.

Help building Amelius L-Shaped Writing Desk

We have purchased two IKEA TROTTEN desks for our office space and are looking for someone to assemble them from flatpack. We will need someone who can bring all the necessary tools, including an electric screwdriver/drill if required. The desks are due to be delivered between 11am and 3pm on Monday 24th August.
