Inspection with view to repair verandah and wall

Our front verandah needs some TLC. The area is approximately 2.5 x 5 metres. The area had thick outdoor tiles from the 70's that I had to jack hammer out. I managed to retain half the concrete that was underneath. I am looking to have exposed aggregate or permeable stone be applied to that area - Open to suggestions. I want to also have that applied to the steps too. Half the verandah has a concrete slab while the other half was destroyed from the Jack hammering. See attached photos. Let me know what you think

I need to replace the colorbound sheets on the front verandah that was done incorrectly by previous person. The work also includes cutting the hardwood posts tops that are "sticking up" in the photo so the colorbound can cover the area properly and not leave an empty square that collects water. The area is 2090mm x 1940mm. The space between the first beam is 940mm and the second 840mm. The structure on the left hand side will remain, I just need the hardwood posts that are sticking up to be cut to a level where the new colorbound sheet can close the whole. I put a photo of what the house used to look like to try to make sense of the mess 😜. Please include materials in your quote. The previous tradies left massive screws puncturing the new colorbound

Need to have about 40 tiles removed and the same tiles replaced back Underlying surface when tiles uplifted will need to be levelled. Note do not want whole verandah done..just the probelmatic ones. Its a small but fiddly job I know Some tiles might need some slight shaving in order to get them back in place Have a few spare tiles as well in case a tile is cracked

There is a bit of rotting of the weatherboard timber as seen on photos which needs to be filled and sealed or cut away and replaced.

About 20 tiles have come off the edge of our verandah and need to be cemented back on a some grout applied. All the tiles are intact, they just need to be re attached. Tiles are 100mmx100mm so it is not a huge job.

Current paint job has worn off and driveway needs to be gurneyed, acid washed (?), prepared and repainted with several coats in charcoal/monument colour. The surface is a stampcrete texture.
