Need front of house gate entry painted. The photo is an AI image of what it actaully look like but it does not have the gate, battons or wording as yet. It is just rendered block work that will be painted with Rockcoat. I have the paint and correct roller, paint brushes and equioment

Bits cracked n falling off around garage n front steps

Rendering of blue board above glass windows at rear of house, sealing any gaps. Set joints with fibreglass mesh tape and 2 x coats of Dulux Acratex Renderwall covering coarse. Will require scaffold as blue board approx 5m above ground height. Also fix up 3 other corner walls from ground height that have been chipped.

Looking for price per sqm here. Once locked in, we can work out the details. Area is about 40 sqm. Block wall and bricks under the house.

There are few places around the house external that need attention to with re-render and paint work. some place its just paint work. I will add pics for reference. Happy to answer related questions.

Exterior wall is visually mouldy and has horizontal cracks at slab to bottom block course. Render has opened up which is allowing water to enter & seepage in room. Reccomended action - pressure wash entire wall removing mould and loose debris, open the cracks by grinding away loose render. Apply penetrating sealer, then seal the cracks with cement render coat with clear rubberised coating and paint repaired part of wall

Rendering to brick pillars and walls

We have a 10m x 1-1.5m rendered wall on our pool where the render is bubbling and coming off. We need the bubbling fixed and patched and the whole wall repainted. Also would like the black diamond tiles removed as well. Ideally this can be done without draining the whole pool. Unsure on budget.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Scope of work: - Repair chipped render (foam visible underneath) - Match existing texture (important) Colour match paint - Re-level / stabilise mailbox base (slightly shifted) Notes: - Standard foam/render mailbox (not brick) - Looking for a clean cosmetic finish so damage is not noticeable - Flexible timing but sooner is better

Need to render outside of new door that was installed in a brick wall going out to a new deck. If we can render the door frame flat, then we will paint.
