Looking for someone to help tidy up the pillars around our outdoor patio area in Birtinya. At the moment the rendered pillars stop short of the roof, with the narrower metal posts continuing above them. We’d like to box out the top sections so the pillars look like they continue all the way up to the roof. I’ve attached a photo of how it looks now and a mock-up of roughly what we’d like to achieve. There are 4 pillars to do and we’d like the finished result rendered to match the existing house as closely as possible. We will paint and clear waste. Budget is just a placeholder as I don’t know what this should cost. Open to offers. Located in Birtinya.

We need the parts of the framing for the garage roller door to be rendered. See the photos. What requires particular attention are:- 1. Right hand corner of the frame (approx 1500mm x 600mm); 2. Underside of the frame approx 5000mm x 600mm); 3. Left hand side of the frame attached to the house has a crack in it and requires some sort of overlay so the crack no longer exists. It is not major work. If possible, the colour of the render would be tranquil retreat to match the house.

The wall is next to the pool, so careful work around the pool coping and glass fence is required. Please have experience with exterior rendering and provide photos of previous work. I need someone to repair damage to my rendered front letterbox. There are several cracked and chipped areas around the corners, including one larger section where the render has broken away and the foam underneath is exposed. Rendering to brick pillars and walls

We have a 10m x 1-1.5m rendered wall on our pool where the render is bubbling and coming off. We need the bubbling fixed and patched and the whole wall repainted. Also would like the black diamond tiles removed as well. Ideally this can be done without draining the whole pool. Unsure on budget.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone.
