I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.

Need a repair done to the rendering on a feature wall / gate (see photos). What has happened is that the gate latch was attached only by screws into the grout below the bead. The gate was blown shut and the latch busted out. Overall repair needed is to the damaged wall and render, painting (I have the paint), and re-affix latch. Note: The glass pool fence will probably be in the way, however I can deal with that.

Foundation, brick veneer, on a slope. We don't have any official house plans etc so we would rely on your knowledge of house structures in that period that were built in Queensland. Not planning to submit DA or anything at this stage, I have a few ideas of what I might want to do and I need to visualise it to help me communicate and get quotes from tradies etc. If you're in town, more than happy for you to inspect the site and measure things with me, but otherwise I am happy to provide pictures and measurements. Need to have someone render a section of exterior wall, rendered to match the current rendering texture. This matching is a must. This patch repaired area is from an old wall air conditioner that was removed. Right now I’m offering for this one small project. We need a bricklayer to build two small walls at the front of the garage to a height of approximately 383mm, including a sill brick. Would also like the brick faces rendered if possible.
