Cut open existing plasterboard wall and install some plywood or timber bracing to take the weight of the tv. Reinstate Gyprock and install tv bracket above fireplace

Needing a plastering repair job done, the roof had some water damage that’s now been fixed but need to fix the ceiling, it is just 1 corner of the room. ( Unsure of how much it will cost so ignore the budget part)

Put together an infared sauna We have had it together and apart a couple times due to moving. Just moved house again. My partner is super busy with work so unable to find time. Have instructions, may need a hand holding pieces (glass is heavy)

Set a small section of gyprock that has been installed to close the gap between a new door frame and the ceiling. Front and back of the door frame need setting, and the back side needs a new cornice piece to match the existing cornice
