Looking for someone who can repair an infrared sauna. planks fallen off/missing from side panels inside sauna. Replacement planks available. We also need to someone who can do any other repairs or maintenance needed

Frame off and gyprock wall section above screen door in newly installed closet (see photos). Its a little tricky to see but the aection is approximatly 1500mmx600mm wall surface area

We have had to remove cornice Thst was made of steel and concrete. It means there is a gap left which needs filling to enable us to be able to put a new cornice in. It is all uneven and just needs to be evened out. It is a lounge room and 2 x bdrms

I am looking for someone to patch my gyprock wall. There are six small holes, the largest one being about 100mm by 100mm. Before you patch the holes, the blue cable that you see in the image has to pass through the lowest hole (not yet completely drilled). Your job is to patch every hole except the one at the bottom, where the cable will pass through. The holes are above the wardrobe so access is a bit of a challenge. Clearance between the top of the wardrobe and the ceiling is only 300mm. you will need to bring your own ladder. I supply the following (you can google them for details): 1. 2X Pfeiffer wall patch 15cm by 15cm 2. Sika filler – 101 fine surface filler 3. Fine sanding block 4. A lot of 13mm gyprock if you need it for the back 5. CSR Gyprock rapid patch mix (powder) I don’t have 10mm gyprock. You don’t need to paint it when you are done, I can paint it later.

80 sqm ceiling with shadowline cornice

Plastering a bathroom roof and fix up holes in walls

I am replacing my awning and when removing the old the tension was released in the awning drum, looking for someone who knows how to fix this so I can put the new awning on.

We have water damage to x 2 walls in the bedroom where the gyprock has been damaged. We have removed most of the gyprock to let it dry (1 x month), but now need it replaced with new gyprock. It would be easier to replace entire panel below the window and the ledge above (approx 2m x 1.2) x 2 rooms. if the 2 x sections could be painted to match the existing white wall. We would need the job done between 17 - 29th July.

Need a renderer to supply and install render to walls as required

We require a qualified electrician to replace a mixture of 16x power points and light switches. The switches are all old and dodgy. Some switches have fan controllers but the original fan controllers will be kept. One switch requires a bypass on the fan switch as we had a remote control fan installed.

I need someone to build and install an awning. I have steel available for it already, just need the frames built and installed. I can order the Colorbond too. I have attached a photo of my neighbours awning and basically want to get the same constructed. I can help with labour to install, I just don’t have the facilities to cut and weld the steel.

We need assistance in fixing some of the fallen timber panels to be nailed/attached again inside an infrared sauna. We are looking for someone with carpentry or wood repair skills to make sure it is done properly. I've attached some sample photos for reference
