There is also a small section for the upper deck (approximately 6m). I am looking a black rod/tube or blade finish I am looking for someone who can think outside the square as 150mm on the outer deck side is a boundary fence… can we combine the 2? I have a split level home and have a balustrade going down my stairs. I have already scuff sanded and primed the balustrade but have realised this is going to require more skill than I have to make it look nice in the end. I think I have done all of the prep work so should be straight forward for a good painter I hope. It now needs a light sand over the primer and then 2 coats of the top coat which I will supply. 18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear. The steps are made of steel, so the job is only for the balustrade and handrail. Please see photos.
