Single Glass panel needs to be replaced to the Balustrade on rooftop deck. Must be replaced with 10mm clear toughened safety glass and to standard ( Glass in accordance with AS1288-2021 Australian Standards.)

I have some replacement balustrades that need painting, I’ve done a lot of the painting but I need the top and bottom painted in a green colour. I have the paint. This is a repost to see if a carpenter can come out and look at this job. The slats keep falling out especially with the recent high winds. They sit in a groove in the bottom and upper handrail and do not fit lengthwise anymore as if the two rails have moved further apart. I’d like a quote to take into account the way to fix long term or if it needs full replacement. Two sections next to each other are doing it, as the photo shows one straight and one the angles down with the stairs.
