Need new timber/steel balustrade installed for landing and stairs. Total area is approx 1x1.8m. Work must meet NCC requirements.

This is a repost to see if a carpenter can come out and look at this job. The slats keep falling out especially with the recent high winds. They sit in a groove in the bottom and upper handrail and do not fit lengthwise anymore as if the two rails have moved further apart. I’d like a quote to take into account the way to fix long term or if it needs full replacement. Two sections next to each other are doing it, as the photo shows one straight and one the angles down with the stairs.

A glass panel needs to be fixed onto two external stairway posts (see photos). Also 3 loose wooden deck panels need to be firmly fixed.

I require to remove and replace drywall with steel balustrades to existing staircase.

We have had the first panel shattered without anyone hitting the glass so unsure if somehow the pressure has caused it to shatter

Oil / Paint external stairs and balustrade. Photos provided are approx 1yr old. The stairs have been washed and sanded recently with 1 coat of oil already applied. Final coat to be applied still.

Balustrade is missing end Bracket which was forgotten to be put on. I dont know the balustrade supplier so can't call them.

Sand the paint off the wood, nail in loose tinder, patch up larger cracks with some kind of filler. I need labour to help to prep for painting (which I’ll do myself). This is an old deck that will be rebuilt entirely in about 18 months when the renovations are done, I’m trying to find a cost effective way to repair it/ touch it up for it to look a bit nicer for the next year or so, but not trying to return the whole thing to new. I’ll need you to have your own tools, power sander etc.

Replace/repair this handrail to be up to standard, at the moment stands up 80cm height. Please come out for a quote
