Looking for someone experienced with glass balustrades/glazing to replace the deteriorated black glazing rubber/wedge gaskets along the bottom of 5 glass panels on my balcony in Carrum. The existing rubber has shrunk, curled up and is coming out of the aluminium channels. The job is to remove the old rubber, properly clean out the channels, then supply and install the correct replacement black glazing gasket/wedge across all 5 panels. The work is on the outside face of the balcony balustrade, as shown in the photos, so please allow for appropriate external access to complete the job safely. The glass and aluminium are otherwise fine. I’m just looking for the rubber/gaskets replaced and the channels cleaned properly. Photos attached.

Looking to modernise our existing timber staircase by removing the ornate timber balustrade and replacing it with a clean, contemporary design featuring slim black balusters, new timber handrail/newel posts and white-painted timberwork. We are also open to the other looks in the images below.

Quote 8 Balustrades to be painted in Coburg. Each balustrade is around 2.5m long. Body corporate job so must have liability insurance and police check. Two coating of Dulux Metal Shield Epoxy Enamel paint to be used. A scissor lift to be used. If you use a scaffolding it will need to be broken down every day so tenants can park their cars. Start date is flexible but job will need to be completed within 7 days from start.

We need someone to repair/replace/reinforce our balustrade, to make it safer, urgent task to be asap.

Replace metal uprights on staircase with timber

After a renovation a couple of years ago, we altered the balustrades to accommodate a new nib wall. Since then they have been unstable and recently a section of the balustrades collapsed and need to be securely reinstated. I haven't measured the affected area but I think it's 1.5-2 metres long. All the existing balustrades are in tact so replacements pieces are not required.
