I need handyman that can build wooden balustrade.

Manufacture and install aluminium balustrades for rear balcony Approximate measurements are 13.2 m Welded Aluminium Balustrades Powder coated - 3 x (2260 x 90mm) straight Sections - 2 x (570mm x 900mm) straight Section - 2 x (2620 x 900) stairs section All work to meet Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1170.0, AS/NZS 1170.1 and NCC2019)

We are installing the flooring, we need to take off the joints of the balustrade so the flooring can be installed.

Some loose balustrades. Some ceiling cladding needs to be removed, the screws need tightening and ideally permanently secured, then the cladding needs to be replaced.

Need the supply and install of a fence around our front balcony and down the stairs. It can be either pvc, timber or aluminium - depending on the look and price. Photos are provided of the current balustrade and what we are looking for. There is approximately 25 lineal meters (including the stairs).

Require 4 x stainless steel wires in balustrade to be fixed with saddles riveted to steel posts. May require drilling new holes in steel posts. Saddles and rivets provided. You will need to bring appropriate tools to complete the job.

Some of the balustrades on the deck are coming loose and dangerous to lean on, likely from the wood rotting? I’ve had people come in and secure some of the balustrades back but more keep coming loose. Hoping to remove the old balustrades and replace them with new ones. The deck is roughly 3.4x10m. I’m also looking to get the Balustrades on the staircase leading up to the deck replaced. Please see images attached to get an idea of the area. Cheers!

I have a wooden balustrade that had about 16 screws. Unfortunately 5 of them are stuck fairly solidly in. The house is 25 years old. I had a hammer drill and small Philipps head screw driver but cant dislodge them I'm sure with the right tool this is a 5 min job. They are all Philips head wood screws

Remove/Cut steel L sections and weld to opposite Balustrade. 12 Cuts to remove current Balustrades. Cut L sections to fit new Balustrades lengths. Weld in place.

Need to build a timber handrail and add balustrades between the gaps. Also please varnish to match the colour

I’m not too sure if this is even possible or more cost effective than changing everything. I’d like to paint my roller door, balustrade and pergola to match the windows. All in black. And the landing in a grey colour Photos of current state of facade and inspo pic

I need the colourbond polycarb sheeting (already cut to required size) screwed to mezzanine balustrade. Needs to be done out side business hours after 6pm I'm sorry. Or anytime on Friday public holiday or weekend. All screws provided. Can even provide a drill if you need. It is at a height from a ladder or standing on the mezzanine. I have a ladder but you might be more comfy with your own. Carrington location. I can help pass up sheets, if it's awkward by yourself, etc this week. I'm picking up the sheets on Tuesday from MMM in Beresfield around lunchtime - the pics are some inspiration on what needs to happen and the pictures of the mezzanine is the balustrade that it needs to be screwed on.

Paint the balustrade on this mezzanine surfmist. It's mostly primed. It is working at a height so you have to be careful. I have a ladder but you might need another more sturdy one.... I have all the paint and the rollers and brushes all ready to go. All you need is probably a ladder.
