Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

Looking for someone to paint a staircase wall (currently grey, to be painted white) and the balustrades/handrail. Paint will be provided, will need 2-3 coats. One section of the wall is very high, so you’ll need suitable equipment (e.g. ladder or platform) to reach it safely.

Need an experienced person to repair a cracked concrete/cement front porch balustrade / handrail. ISSUE • The top balustrade/handrail section has cracked and separated at a joint. • The balustrade appears to be made of concrete/cement (not timber). • I want the existing section repaired and reinforced so it becomes solid again. • This is an external front porch/stair balustrade, so the repair must be durable and safe. Glass balustrade stair replacement My balustrade recent shatter (see last photo). Looking for a replacement to look like original (first photo). The custom size is uploaded as a photo also.

Require a gate at top of stairs, built from timber to match current balustrade. Will need to fit between current posts. Attached photos with an example gate and pics of opening for gate. Measurements: width-667mm Height-900mm

One glass panel in my staircase balustrade has cracked and needs replacing. The metal frame is intact — only the glass panel needs to be supplied and installed. Looking for someone experienced with glass or balustrade repairs. The panel appears to be tempered/tinted safety glass. Access is easy and the panel can be measured on site.

Old balustrade needs replacing

We are repainting our house and need a glass balustrade removed whilst being painted and then put back when painting completed.

After a experienced handyman to install iron balustrade on our staircase it’s duplex site so 2 staircases

2 glass panels need to be temporarily taken down to allow for external painting

Labour required to install.

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.
