Have existing wooden balcony balustrades that are rotten and need replacement ..like last photo here

We are having the whole house repainted so need someone who can remove the glass from this balustrade temporarily while the painter paints underneath. It then needs to be reinstalled.

Deck and balustrade to be sanded, cleaned and stained. Approx 7sqm. Note: photos are taken after rain

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

Im looking for a licenced carpenter to replace the entire balcony timber balustrade and gate with a like for like. The existing balustrade is made up of 90mm x 90mm timber posts with timber top and bottom railing and 40mm x 40mm balusters. The dimensions of the deck and photos of the existing balustrade are attached below. I will supply all the timber, I expect the carpenter to supply all tools, nails, screws, glue and other items required to install the balustrade. No painting required. Ideally you would come and look on site to quote accurately. We are looking to complete in January.

- Patch up hole in wall. - Fix all markings on staircase balustrade - wooden.

Remove/Cut steel L sections and weld to opposite Balustrade. 12 Cuts to remove current Balustrades. Cut L sections to fit new Balustrades lengths. Weld in place.

Need to build a timber handrail and add balustrades between the gaps. Also please varnish to match the colour

I’m not too sure if this is even possible or more cost effective than changing everything. I’d like to paint my roller door, balustrade and pergola to match the windows. All in black. And the landing in a grey colour Photos of current state of facade and inspo pic
