Install a balustrade in the style shown in the picture in a light (stained) wood on internal stairs. Balustrade needs to go on the non wall facing part of the stairs.

The glass balustrade broke by itself and needs to be replaced. Photos attched

Looking for someone to do the following repairs: BALUSTRADE - Replace two sections of bottom balustrade that have failed/collapsed. The sections are currently chocked up to keep in place but need to be removed and the white palings re-screwed at bottom with new rust-proof screws (the top of the palings are currently attached to the top rail with nails). I have purchased the pre-primed balustrade and painted three coats in matching Weathershield. The lengths will need to be cut to exact size and ends painted before installing. Waste/old material need to be taken away please. SIDE GATE - Rehang gate to original position so closer to side post where hinges are and lift so in line with fence level and attach new latch on right hand side (on inside of property neighbouring side). Moving to the left as originally positioned will allow the gate to close flush and the latch to be installed (as it was originally). Also, re-attach bottom panel (currently sitting next to gate inside property, see pic below). Latch is already purchased. SLEEPERS IN BRICK PATH - Replace rotted sleepers in pathway x 2 sections. One in step and one flush with pathway. Three sleepers have been delivered. Waste/old material need to be taken away please.

I’m looking for a carpenter to install a modern vertical timber slat balustrade along the side of my staircase, plus a simple handrail. I want the slats to run floor-to-ceiling/step-to-ceiling (similar to the reference photos) to create a modern feature partition. Scope: • Supply and install vertical timber slats • Smooth finish, edges rounded/sanded • primed timber • Install new handrail to match style • Must comply with Australian building standards (balustrade spacing, safety etc.) Style: Modern vertical timber slats (white finish similar to reference images). 14 steps 790 wide steps. Handrail approx 3.5 length

We need to replace the timber balustrades at our house with either new timber or aluminium for the upstairs deck. The timber has rotten and starting to break.

The balustrade on my deck needs to be repaired due to rotting timber. Scope: Replace rotten timber to make deck safe. This consists of the top railing and possibly the end post. Length is 1500mm. Height is 900mm.

Conduct a final inspection to confirm all balustrade panels are stable, compliant, and visually aligned. Remove all packaging, debris, and waste materials generated during installation.

Carpenter / builder or experienced handy man to replace Existing balustrade as is non AUS compliant. Not tall enough and gaps between railings are too wide. Want remodelled or replaced with something fairly similar and needs to keep/have self closing gate. Photos supplied are of existing railings and also possible styles of new ones / ideas

Replace cables on existing outdoor rails/balustrade

I would like to replace the stair balustrade and railing with glass panels with a timber rail on top of the glass (pictured). See images below. Detail and finish quality is important.

Hi there, I need a new balustrade - five metres roughly, in lovely timber, it's all on the upstairs landing, not up the stairs. I'm looking for a rough idea how much it costs, before I commit to it, so I've put 10 dollars on the next page

- Patch up hole in wall. - Fix all markings on staircase balustrade - wooden.

Remove/Cut steel L sections and weld to opposite Balustrade. 12 Cuts to remove current Balustrades. Cut L sections to fit new Balustrades lengths. Weld in place.

Need to build a timber handrail and add balustrades between the gaps. Also please varnish to match the colour

I’m not too sure if this is even possible or more cost effective than changing everything. I’d like to paint my roller door, balustrade and pergola to match the windows. All in black. And the landing in a grey colour Photos of current state of facade and inspo pic

Spray paint metal part white + sand back top wooden handrail and oil Will need to put painters tape and plastic sheeting on floor/walls for spray painting
