Need to re tile laundry wall with 50mm x 150mm tiles and floor with 300x600mm tiles. Area on wall is 110cm x 180cm and area on floor is 140cm x 180cm. How much would it cost to replace plasterboard if removing wall tiles plus materials. I have already purchased tiles

I need someone to tile a small area of concrete floor (see first photo). Space has been left to allow for a 10mm thick tile. The area needs to be flush with the wooden floor. My balcony in my investment property is leaking water. Metricon has suggested the whole balcony needs resealing with an epoxy grout. (I’m not sure what the work is worth so can negotiate) Comments from tenants: When the plumber was around trying to find the issue, I told him that the balcony doesn’t drain quick enough, and when the water reduces to a certain amount it fails to drain at all and a puddle will sit around the 2 drains. I believe this is a contributing factor to the leak by way of standing water but also for the tiles. Water has made its way between the floor and tiles, there’s a lot of lime scale build up around the grouting and some tiles also squelch and move because of this.
