We are after an experienced tiler to complete floor tiling and grouting in the laundry. Tiles are provided, water proofing is done. Space is roughly 1.8x2.7’ish. A row of tiles also to be added to the bottom of the walls. Presumably will take two visits to complete.

We need floor tiling work done in the kitchen and pantry areas. The existing floor will need some grinding to make sure the new tiles finish flush with the surrounding flooring. The tile size will be around 10x10 cm to 15x15 cm, with thickness of approximately 8–15 mm.

I need a powder room retiled with a tile skirting. The room is 1570mm x 1300mm. The room will have the old tiles removed and ready to tile. Access is available from 7:30am - 17:00hrs. I have attached a sample of the finish and tile in the photos.

So there's very little prep work required. You would need to provide adhesive and grey coloured grout. We have a tile cutter you can use, if you don't have one.

I'm looking to get a bathroom repair job done at a property in Footscray. The problem: Water is escaping from around the shower during normal use — specifically hitting the wall tiles next to the shower — and finding its way behind the tiles and leaking out next to the bath tub onto the bathroom floor. This caused the floor tiles to crack over time. We've since had the floor tiles removed to investigate. The wall area next to the shower has been temporarily taped up as a make-safe measure and this has fully stopped the leak. What needs to be done — two parts: 1. Reseal the wall tiles next to the shower (and around the shower tap) with a good-quality silicone or other appropriate sealing product, replacing the temporary tape currently in place. This needs to properly seal the junctions to stop water getting behind the tiles again. 2. Re-lay the bathroom floor tiles. The floor tiles have already been removed and we have spare matching tiles on-site (stored in the backyard) — so this is about laying and grouting the existing tiles, not sourcing new ones. Ideally we'd like one person to handle both parts of the job. Hi, I’m looking for a quote to repair a small section of damaged plaster in my laundry and install a tiled splashback above the sink. The area is approximately 60x70cm.

A couple of years ago now, a small crack appeared in my glass kitchen splashback. My real estate at the time told me it was my responsibility to replace it, but I found out that the glass used for the splashback was likely unsuitable - apparently, kitchen splashbacks are supposed to withstand 200+ degrees of heat, way more than could be emitted by an air fryer, and if they're exposed to any stress or force, they're meant to shatter completely instead of crack. I'm now looking for a certified AGWA-registered glazier, not to replace the glass, but simply to assess the splashback and provide a written compliance assessment regarding AS 1288 compliance, so I can show it to my property manager as proof of it to be their responsibility to replace it.
