Looking for a stone mason capable of cutting marble and porcelain panel (6mm) and wall/bench top installation. I currently have large amount of offcuts from a recent renovation project and would like to use them for custom cabinets tops (both marble and porcelain panels) and on the pantry walls or top (marble only). I have a crack around the top of a drain that needs to be waterproofed/sealed. Are are tiles sitting on top of the drain, they need to be removed to access it properly. They would then need to be put back. I have spare tiles if they break. All around the whole drain needs to be resealed waterproofed. I have attached images of what I am talking about. You would need to supply all of the material and tools excluding replacement tiles.I would like this done ASAP - Due date: Before Saturday, 5th Mar 2022

I need someone to remove a few tiles. 150x150 maybe 2 or 3. Then waterproof and seal a gap behind them at the edge of a drain. I would then also like all around that drain sealed. The grate of the drain will come off easilyYou may need to life a mosaic tiles around the edge of the drain to re-seal the grout. If the tile remain in tact I would like them put back. I hope I haven't made that sound too complicated. I will have a report from a leak detection company to provide detail of whats needed. I think the job needs a good handy man preferably one who knows a bit about tiling/waterproofing sealing. I am selling a unit at 13/102 Langshaw St New Farm and have two bathrooms that the walls need regrouting. The floors, including the shower floor are to be resurfaced. The area to be re grouted is 3 metres X 1.1 metres, and 2 metres X 2.2 metres. The tile are 20 CMS square. Availability/timing is a concern as we want to put the apartment on the market in the next few weeks.

Corner of bathroom needs to be retiled

My bathrooms shower silicon has split in a couple of areas so I’d love to get someone in to remove the current silicon and replace it. Bathroom was fully renovated from the ground up 2 years ago, so everything is fairly new and in great condition. Shower is approx 1.8m long by .9m wide. It’s just one corner that the silicon has begun to break. Photos attached :)
