The job involves: Sliding Glass Doors / Windows Installation Supply and install quality sliding glass doors (or windows, based on recommendation). Ensure maximum natural light and good ventilation. Frame and sealing to meet building standards. Tiling Supply and lay floor tiles across the Alfresco area. Tiles should be durable, easy to clean, and suitable for multi-purpose use (lab, gym, play area). Include tile insert drainage cover to integrate with existing waste outlet. Drainage Maintain existing drainage point located near the wall. Ensure tiling is finished with correct falls toward the drain. Space Details: Alfresco area is approximately [3.0 m x 2.53 m]. Existing concrete slab with stepdown. Current layout available on house drawings (can be shared on request). Requirements: Must have experience in door installation, tiling, and waterproofing. Provide all materials and tools (unless otherwise agreed).

We have had some tiling completed and need about an inch taken off the bottom of 2 timber doors so that they can be re-hung. Not a huge job, but I don’t have the tools to do it.

2 jobs) The bathroom door in my clinic has a soft close hinge that is not soft closing and is also coming off the wall. The screws are coming out of the wood and there is nothing there to grip on to. A porcelain benchtop is to be installed on top of a bricked inbuilt BBQ area. We need the area below the stone prepped to provide a level and stable base for the stone to sit on. Scope of works: Check the surface with a long straight edge or level to identify any high spots. Grind these down using a grinder with a diamond disc or similar. Install aluminium angle along the wall edges and secure with hammer fixings to form the base. Once the benchtop is in place, any gaps or unevenness in the base will be highlighted.

I am having my kitchen renovated and I require someone to do the splashback. I need assistance understanding how much and what type of tile to purchase also (which I will pay for separately).I am unsure what type of tiles I want to use - I am open to suggestion! The old tiles will be removed by my cabinet maker during demolition. The cabinetry is going in in August. Tiling can occur anytime after that in September or October - exact date TBC. Note: the photos show the taps on the splashback but the renovated kitchen will not have this feature (taps will be on the bench top as part of the sink).

I need a stonemason to pick up slab of marble from Victoria Stone Gallery, and come to my house to measure, remove the old piece, then re-cut and install a new piece per the pictured splashback panel in my kitchen. It will be the same design but the curved higher part was made too small - it needs to be wider (1m, not 900mm as pictured) to match the rangehood that will go above it. The profile is half bullnose. See image for approximate specs. Afterwards I also will need a bathroom vanity top to be cut, and potentially a hearth, too.
