****Based on the questions I have been receiving,, the size and type of tile is relevant to the quote. I have decided to purchase the tiles and then re-post this job with specifications and photos of the tiles. ******Sorry to everyone who has expressed their interest. I have attached a copy of the floor plan. The blue dots are the rooms I want tiled as a renovation. There is currently carpet in these areas. I have looked at porcelain tiles 600x600 with a rectified edge but have not purchased. I am happy to have pull up and discard the carpet if needed. So in that case you would quote on labour and the materials to lay the tiles.

Hang hooks for 6 pictures and 2 porcelain ducks on the walls of my one bedroom apartment. I have the hooks but you will need to bring your own tools. I don’t know what is behind the walls so will need advice.

We are having a shower regrouted on Wednesday 10 Sept and 2 broken tiles need to be replaced. We have tiles for the job.

Fix leak around shower grate . I was told by the assessor it needs to have the grout grinder out and silicone will solve the issue .

Replace this broken tile which I only realised was broken after a new light switch was installed. I can remove the switch and tape the wiring to provide good access to the tile. I have the spare tile and grout. This is in a bathroom.
