Job requirements - remove and dispose of current floor - sand off glue as/where needed - laying of cement board as/where needed - tiling and grout of area - aluminum strip for stairs - tiling license preferred Current flooring is 15mm and tile will be 9mm. My preference is to lay under skirting for cleaner job. I can provide more photos/video of the job upon application

Hang hooks for 6 pictures and 2 porcelain ducks on the walls of my one bedroom apartment. I have the hooks but you will need to bring your own tools. I don’t know what is behind the walls so will need advice.

Replace this broken tile which I only realised was broken after a new light switch was installed. I can remove the switch and tape the wiring to provide good access to the tile. I have the spare tile and grout. This is in a bathroom.
