Ken was engaged to repair pavers in my courtyard garden that were lifting due to tree roots growing underneath. I understated the size of the job (inadvertently) in my listing but Ken wasn't fazed and got on with the job without hesitation. It was a stinking hot day and he worked really hard and really efficiently. He did an excellent job and my pavers look fantastic. He is polite and a good communicator. Thanks Ken - much appreciated.
