Need a tiler too screed a 40mm fall in a shower base in Helensvale, must supply your own tools & materials

Need a concreter to screed and finish a driveway. It will be boxed, steeled and ready to go. I will have two labourers to help pour. 52m2 total. looking to get it done next week.

The bathroom is in a city apartment, we have a balcony for tile cutting, it is lined and stopped, it needs waterproofing, screeding, and tiling. I have the floor tiles and wall tiles. The size is L-shaped, 2410 x 1960, 3.92 msq (floor) and wall is 17.05 msq (walls). Tiles for wall and floor are 300 x 600mm Additional info: 1 Toilet (floor outlet), 1 aircon drip outlet (wall), 2 taps outlet (wall), 2 sink outlets (floor) 1 channel drain (shower). I expect: - grouting to be completed - sealing (mould resistant) to be completed on all edges including ceiling-wall - Water proofing certificate - installation of floor grate and floor channel drain - work completed within 2 weeks after starting. - tools and materials (grout, screed, waterproofing paint, sealant etc) to be included. Please confirm when you are available and the time taken to complete the work. We have free parking in the apartment turning area.

Looking for an experienced tiler/screeder to form a shower base screed with proper fall to a single floor waste.
