Leave site neat and tidy” More info from plumber inspection “Investigated possible leak. Conduct visual inspection on roof and found multiple issues. All the pointing on the capping tiles is in very poor condition and would be allowing water to penetrate. Numerous crack tiles. Slid up tiles in affected area.”

I have two small roofing jobs that need doing in my yard. Budget is a blind estimate and is flexible. 1. Remove the 2 x polycarb sheets and ridge cap from my outdoor sauna and replace with new corrugated Colourbond roof sheets and matching ridgecap. Roof measures 2300mm square. Timber sauna. 2. Replace section of open timber slats on patio roof with polycarb. Section measures 4900x900mm, total roof approx 4900x2000mm. Hoping it's possible to just replace/cover this section to stop rain and leaves getting in, rather than replace the whole roof.
