Once the gutter is cleaned, i would like you to install a gutterguard. I’ll provide this material, you just need to install it. You can find photos attached of what the gutterguard is in case you don’t know, or look it up in Bunnings Property is one level, gutter is all around the house.

The gutter above my deck leaks, possibly also water is coming in from the posts of the flyover into the roof cavity, I need someone to inspect, confirm the problem and correct it.

We have a leak in our garage roof. A roofer came a few months ago and said he had fixed it but we just had our first major rain since then...and it is still leaking. I guess we're fortunate we hadn't gotten to restoring the ceiling yet. I have pushed out a piece of safety tape from the inside of the roof to show where the leak seams to be coming from. Not exactly sure, but it looks like this is leaking onto the isolation batts from the roof, then onto the ceiling. Good morning guys, Hope you are all doing well following these unprecedented rains we have just had. Please can you review the attached two pictures and identify a solution to better distribute the downpipe flow with a new distributor to the below roof so that a more balanced flow reaches the below guttering. At the moment, during heavy rainfall, the water seems to move right through the pipe to the end with little to any flow through the four upstream holes.
