Water is leaking from solar heater. May be need to replace frost valve? It is a townhouse but the setup is on the roof of ground floor, so task will be as of single storied house. Had similar problem 4 years ago and fixed it. Now, same water leak happening again

The solar frost valve needs replacement in the solar hot water panel.

Water dripping constantly through the drain connected to the rooftop solar water heater of a townhouse. Only way to access the roof is via a ladder. There was a similar issue last year which was due to an issue with a valve.
