I’m looking for someone experienced in metal roof repairs to temporarily fix a leak in my single garage roof. There is a rusty area around a joint in the metal roof where water is leaking through. I need someone to carry out a suitable temporary repair to prevent further water leakage. * Clean and prepare the affected area. * Treat the rust as necessary. * Apply suitable flashing tape, roofing sealant, waterproofing membrane or other appropriate materials to seal the leak. * Apply a suitable patch if needed, depending on the condition of the metal. Access details: * Single garage with a flat, non-sloping metal roof. * Access from the front of the garage using an extended ladder. Important: I’m not looking to replace the roof at this stage.
