Fix roof piece that fell off

Simon, Brodie and Liam were good lads. They cleaned our gutters and roof 2 storey, using blowers and the amount of gunk that fell out was unbelievable. They also used the blowers to clean around the area. We did have a misunderstanding regarding what level of 'cleaning' meant for the price as I thought it would involve a light wash as the gutters on the outside facade was all sooty and black it was cream coloured too and Simon explained it to me well that it wasn't part of it for the price. Have I known that we could've paid extra to get it done. But, we agreed anyway for the boys to come back again and do the additional job for a reasonable price and we were good with that. I suppose, just for feedback it would be good to know what different types of cleaning levels there are and get it clarified beforehand. I now know for future to ask as well what is included in the price to minimise misunderstandings.

Pergola leaking drops of water during light rain down the wall The gutter is not over filling
Hong was great! On time, found the issue right away, and came back the next day to undertake the repair. I had brought out two roofing specialists, previously, who failed to detect the leak and thankfully were unable to convince me to replace the whole roof. I have had some rainwater ingress during the rainy and windy times in July which has caused ceiling issues on ground ceiling and recently some water leaking on the main roof above first floor to the master bedroom. In summary, it would require tile replacement (I have purchased) and will need to be weatherproofed to ensure no future leaking. See scope of works remediation assessment done by a builder through my insurance company. SCOPE OF WORKS Area (1) Side roof - this area has lead flashing that has had a make safe completed to the corner along with a downpipe that disburses directly over the lead flashing (no to AS). This area needs 2x tiles replaced and the flashings resealed correctly. Also recommend feeding the downpipe correctly with the spreader positioned in line with AS. Area (1) + Correctly position the downpipe spreader away front the brickwork as per AS + Lead flashing to be re-seated + 2x tiles to be replaced Area (2) Rear roof - this area is of a poor construction detail. There is no batten to the top roof tile nor any fixings, these tiles have all slipped down and sitting with minimal to no cover from the lead flashing. Area (2) + remove and re-install all roof tiles to this area with the inclusion of 1x additional batten to hold the upper tile. + assess main roof leaking and determine solution to weathertight main bedroom. + general gutter clean +re-flash and seal where applicable to eliminate water ingress - Due date: Flexible
