Following a recent rain event, it is clear that our gutters require professional repairs, not just cleaning. A previous attempt to address overflow by cutting holes has failed, causing significant water damage during rain. The issues to be fixed: 1. Water overflows from gutters onto the veranda. 2. This leads to internal flooding on the veranda and water running down the interior walls. 3. Existing holes cut into the gutters have disrupted proper water flow.

When there is a huge heavy downpour of rain the roof leaks at my commercial property in Port Adelaide. I need a roofer to identify why & fix the problem

Clean gutters of my 2 story house

Single story, small property needing gutters cleaned. All waste can be disposed of in our green bin.

We had an indoor gas heater removed two years ago but the flue to the outside was not removed and remains in the roof. Water is either leaking through the roof where the flue enters or down the flue itself.

Home is a single-story maisonette, so it is the front, side, back and shed gutters that need cleaning. I do the back one regularly myself, but the walls are too tall for me on the original part of the home. The gutters have not been cleared for two years because the tradesperson did not show up last year. It would be great if the two gutter traps could be cleared at the same time.

Need conduit run from outside wall if the garage to the roof (approx. 8 meters) and then string pulled through to the upstairs living. NBN will then install NBN modem/box in upstairs living by pulling fibre optic cable through it. Also install ceiling fan and bathroom light/heater/fan (I already bought the unit just need old one taken off and new one put in)

Hoping someone “handy” can come up with a budget friendly solution to dog proof the bottom section of my fence (it’s a rental). Needs to be aesthetically pleasing also. It’s about 8m long and approx. 15cm gap underneath. Will pay for whatever is needed from Bunnings etc plus your time. I need done ASAP as we can’t use the front yard until it’s secured.
