Hi I’ve been self installing insulation batt for the last 3 days in my home. I’ve completed most of the home but the section furthest away from the entrance takes too long to drag the batts. The work is extremely dirty (you’re underneath the sub space of the house) and hot. Your task is to simply drag the white batts to the other side of the house, whereby I will install it. We will be working together. The leftover batts will need to go to the attics (much easier job). I have 6 bags of batts (there’s 4 roll in each bag) left to install. I can provide PPE (overalls, mask, kneecaps, head lamp etc). Any questions, feel free to ask

I have a 3 bedroom federation style house which is single storey. I need some basic repairs which include repointing some of the ridge capping and repairing the channels of which there are 3. While doing this I require some of the front gutters which sit behind the front verandah cleaned of leaves. The rear gutters have been done. The channels would be cleaned whilst repairing.

Hi, We have had new polycarbonate sheets installed on our roof outside and now we just need a flashing to be added between the polycarbonate sheet and tile roof. We need our gutters cleaned. Colourbond roof is splotchy with lichen & needs cleaning (2 storey). This part of the roof can be accessed from a window and could be cleaned with a brush with extension handle - no scaffold or ladder needed.

Experienced tradesmen requires experienced roofer for about 3 days-in two weeks or so to help work on replacing the roof on a single storey family house.

Gutter clean of one section of our house where pergola is located. Probably requires unscrewing of pergola sheet to get leaves lodged underneath inside gutter. The section is approx 7m long. No other gutters need cleaning.

Firstly and most importantly I would like 4 x lengths of timber screwed under the capping on the peaks at the edge of my roof, it is on the higher and steeper parts of the roof at the front and side of the house. I have purchased the timber and even have the tech screws to use. They are to stop myna birds which are climbing through the gap and nesting in the roof. Second job is to clean 1 adjoining gutter and 1 valley of leaves etc on the roof. Photos of the gutter and valley are attached, the getter is full but only a few metres long. Next I want some tile and capping repairs done, I have attached photos of some of the cracks but I need an experienced roofer to quote on those repairs, you do not have to do it at the same time, but I would like it done within a week of the first part being finished. The last thing I want done is good quality gutter guard installed, again a good competitive quote is what I would like when you are here doing the other job and an undertaking to complete the work ASAP after that when quote is accepted. I want all 4 jobs completed with the first 2 to happen this week, ideally Wednesday or Thursday. Then you quote on the repairs and gutter guard and commit to a timely completion of those jobs. I have put a nominal price of $100 on the first 2 jobs but I understand it will cost more than that so please quote on them and give me details of your experience. I will not necessarily just go for the cheapest quote but I don’t expect to pay over the odds either. If you only want to do the first two parts let me know and I will seperate the other ones, I just thought I would add them all in so someone can get a fair bit of work and make some money.
