I need someone to clean the gutters and inspect/repair a small leak at the junction between the patio roof and the main house roof. The leak appears to be in a small section (approx. 5 m) where sealing or flashing may be required. Single-storey house with easy access. No issues inside the house. Looking for someone experienced with roof/gutter repairs who can identify and seal the source of the leak.

The pipe from the gutter to my rainwater tank has fallen off, likely due to rust of the pipe connector on the gutter end of the pipe. Looking for separate quotes for: 1. Bypassing the water tank and reconnect gutter pipe to storm water. 2.
