Find gutter repair professionals in Paddington

New gutter installed recently. Square gutter. Not coping with heavy rainfall… water comes out the overflow slits. We want another down pipe cut in to help water runaway faster from gutter. We have Spare gutter here. Have to discuss spigot part as the flyover roof has made it a tight spot to deal with the gutter. - Due date: Flexible

Repair hole in guttering and repaint the repaired section, approx 30cm. Need to tape the inside of the gutter and then repair with bog, sand and paint. Easily accessible from deck and has another roof 600mm under so no scaffolds etc needed.

Install a new piece of gutter 2m long. Already have gutter and stop-end. Extension ladder required. Existing brackets may need slight adjustment to enable correct water drainage.

Supply and install new Colourbond BlueScope Steel (colour , ocean deep) approx 9 l/m. Install only downpipe adaptor on the corner, no need for downpipe instaltion. There is no requirement for scaffolding as a 4m ladder is enough to complete the job. No cowboys please. If you can't do it,don't quote it.

I need a professional person with roofing background to fix my gutter. The gutter is leaking form 2 spots(1m apart ) as seen on the pic are in the corner of the house. The height of the leakage is 3m and its easily accessible by ladder. the budget that i have included here is just to apply some silicon and giving me professional advice. I don't think that any extra effort such as adding down pipe etc.is required at this stage but we can negotiate if its required to do any extra work.

Prune and trim branches growing over roof at front of property, cut front garden back to knee height, tidy front garden & left side of driveway Remove unhealthy/ dead growth from tree and cut back to point that will reduce regrowth from covering roof again, as much as you can. Will possibly require chainsaw Clear all leaves and anything else from gutters and front garden. Remove and dump all associated green waste when finished
