Obtain services location diagram required for excavation through nature strip / pathways. Concrete cut section of pathway at the right hand side of the property in preparation for excavation work. Jackhammer and remove concrete pathway section. Excavate trench from the front right hand corner to the existing kerb outlet. Supply and installation of a length of 100mm PVC to connect the exisiting down pipe to the street. Bed pipework using required drainage gravel to provide adequate fall to street. Backfill all works with exisiting site soil and remove waste concrete from site.

I’m looking to have a small section of my fascia and soffit repaired. It is a double story house with timber fascia and fibre cement soffit. It looks like the barge cap on end rafter timber was too short, allowing water to get behind gutter and leaking into eave destroying the softwood dress timber. I have the new gutters already. Just need some one to remove the old ones and install the new. Also need fascia and soffit painted so happy to pay additional for this. I have the paint already. Make an offer.

As you can see from photos, the guttering over the bay window is on a slant. And the wrong slant for that matter. I am wanting it replace with as close to possible matching guttering with the rest of the house and connected etc to down pipes so water falls the correct way. Currently water is pooling on the right and dripping out of guttering. Not going down the correct pipe. You will need to take down old guttering. And you will need to supply and fit the new guttering.
