While doing a repointing , the roofer mentioned there was a few cracked tiles, but did not need replacing. Since we had this heavy rain, I noticed a couple of wet patches. Some airconditioning work was carried this week and one of the guy said there was no hole,, but cracked tiles in that area. I have 8 spare tiles roof tiles. Those two gutters are not joined together and rainwater just drop from gutter to the pool below. Can you please join those two gutters together? The chain is the draining point and it acts as a a guide for the water to go down the drain below, might need to do something to widen the hole as well so water can be drained a bit more smoothly. You can see from the pics that one corner has moss build up and another has timber rot.
