Roof gutter leak repair

$150

Hawthorn East, Victoria, Australia

15th Oct 2020

Hi there. We need a roof gutter leak repaired - unsure if it just needs a clean & re-seal, but need the leaking to stop. Refer photos for the spot where the gutter leaks (top of porch), top floor of town house. Need a professional & experienced roof repairer, who has all the right tools and insurance to take on this task. Can be done any time this week or next week. Thanks.

Jake did a fabulous job. He took time to explain the issue and then went about meticulously fixing it. He provided a long term fix and went & above beyond for this task. Highly recommended!

The guttering over my front verandah has come apart at a join and it is leaking water on to the verandah, causing the wood to rot. I need someone who knows something about gutters to repair or replace it. I live in Hawthorn East. Thank you, Mary

Install 8 overflow tubes in existing guttering

$200

Hawthorn East VIC, Australia

In 8 places, drill a big hole through a wooden board and into a gal steel gutter. Put a short plastic tube in the hole and seal around tube at both ends with silicone. While there, use silicone sealant on other side of gutter where appropriate. You will need a ladder, skill with silicone, a drill with 3/8 chuck or larger which can run slow (500rpm?). I have suitable plastic tube 50mm ID and a 57mm hole saw. I also have 3 cartridges of Selly's All Clear.
