Hi I need approximately 60mm cut off roof sheet, facia and gutter in a straight line. Both at the front and back of the roof. I then need it fixed to timber again. It’s probably 1-2hr job for someone who has worked with roofs before

Paint gutters and eaves plus anything else

There may be a need to clean one gutter of some leaves (above the carport). Sliding door is not working well and may need rollers replaced. Kitchen door has fallen of the hinges and may need a rescrew. Bathroom window can't open may need a bit of scrape or WD 40. There is some painting little section where old Aircon was may need to be primed and painted to match rest of the wall. Garden shed had the side panel pop out in the wind ...may need to be pushed back in

This is for a quote at Mitchell Park for 3 double story unit blocks. There are 13 total units, 3 of these are townhouses. So scaffolding will be required. There are also 3 carports. Additional to the gutters and fascia, we would also be happy if the same group could cut out some wood rot and replace 3 stirrups to one of the carports.
