Gutters are leaking heavily during rain. Gutter cleaning was done 2 months ago but that didn't help. I want an absolute professional to have a look. The fix can be only tested during rain, so I want someone who can assure the revisit and fix, if the first attempt doesn't work.

Every time rain is a bit more intense than usual, my gutters overflow and this causes leaking in the under roof and patio.
