We are looking for someone to repair leaks on our flat roof house. Please see the photos. The leaks come into house on north-west side of the house only above alfresco and where laundry is. We would like to get this inspected and fixed before the next heavy rains occur .

I have an awkward area of wall i need to paint but due to a disability need an able bodied person to safely climb a supplied ladder, and paint a 6-7sq metres area with paint I will supply. With supplied roller and supplied 3.6m fibreglass extender pole. 2-3m high wall. 6-7sq metres painting. 7-8 minutes work. Photo attached with area to be painted similar to that marked in green. On careful footing to not disturb surrounding roof. Once you are on the 2-3m high roof and painting there is no ‘fall’ area ie the area to be painted is surrounded by flat roof and 0.5m guard walls: no drop. I will supply and setup ladder paint and roller, you just paint a few sq metres and come safely come back down the ladder! Insurance and/or coverage via airtasker and your own policy. Preferably early morning eg 4-7am Saturday or Sunday Please enter the actual fair total price you will charge for the task. FYI the skill/work required for this task is not in the painting and a professional painter is not required. Simply an able bodied person comfortable with climbing and ladder-based height: the painting is secondary and extremely basic. I have ordered a flat roof easy shed 2.5m x 1.5m, 2.12 Ht. I need it installed and I have a Eko-timber frame that needs to be installed under it. It can sit on a retaining wall at the front but needs footings for the rear of the platform. The mounting frame is 2.75m x 1.57m and is quite sturdy on a metal frame so should support the weight well but is heavy to position and will need two people. - Due date: Flexible

Hi I need a carport to be build 6m *6m with 2.5m height . The slab is concrete. I have 5 of galvanized metal post if that helps, they are 3m in length, 90*90 in 4mm. You need to get the footing brackets for them. Roof can be colobond roofing

Hi! I’m looking for someone experienced in building sheds to put together an EasyShed model 2.25m x 0.78m Flat Roof Shed. I have received all of the items, I just need someone to put it together. Steel shed to be erected using self-tappers (supplied) in basement parking space. NOT to be fixed to wall or ground, but parking space has slight slope (right to left). Have steel racking supports that could be used as legs. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024
