From our building inspection report: The downpipe is not properly connected to the gutter, causing water to flow directly down the brick surface. This has resulted in staining and leaching on the bricks. It is recommended to have a plumber or roofing contractor reconnect the downpipe to the gutter system to ensure proper drainage and prevent further staining or potential damage to the brickwork.

Downpipe is in place, but I need it connected to the stormwater pipe. The stormwater pipe is about 10cm away from the end of the downpipe, as pictured. Relatively easy job. Looking for a suitably qualified person to complete the job.

Water keeps pooling under my house as the 3 down pipes on the side of the house are droken and do not drain properly. I have water puddles underneath the house. It is a small crawl space to enter under the house. I would need someone to install a sump pump and get under the house to fix the puddles.
