Install 1 new 100 × 75 mm downpipe (see photo) and connect to existing outlet via underground drain (red dashed line in photo). Install barge soakers to front porch gable — cut back tiles as needed. Replace primed timber fretwork on front gable and fascia cover. Remove all rubbish and leave site clean

Clip back the Perspex that is blocking part of down pipe

The downpipe running from my garage gutter is blocked and has split. Downpipe needs to be replaced. It’s in a difficult area because of some garden, I will cut back some of it but trying to keep most of the planting. Water currently running out under my pergola and into the channel drain.
