I’m looking for a licensed tradesperson to replace the gutters and downpipes on my brick clad house in Sunshine. The existing setup is damaged and deteriorating, as shown in the attached photos. I’d like the new installation for entire house to be secure, weather-resistant, and properly aligned to ensure good drainage. The attached photos show the front of the property, but the request is for the entire house (front, sides, and rear). I will upload more pictures when i have them. Please include: - Removal and disposal of old gutters/downpipes - Supply and installation of new materials (colorbond preferred) - Inspection of fascia and eaves for any related damage - Quote for labour, materials, and any additional repairs if needed The property is single-storey with good access. I’m available for inspection or quoting this week. Please note: I prefer to hire the tradespersons current having Public Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation or Personal Accident Insurance. A certificate of currency would be appreciated. I would like to ensure everyone working on the job is properly covered in case of injury.

Need to fix down pipe alignment

1- I need to reinstall current down (straight) with bends due to installation of a battery.

Dig and expose the stormwater pipe, properly install a new downpipe, and connect the gutter to the sotrmwater pipe, and refill the soil. stormwater pipe is located and appx 30cm deep Please refer to the photo for details.

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.

A rainwater tank has already been removed from the side of the house. I now need to: • Reconnect the roof downpipe directly into the stormwater drain • Seal/close off any leftover tank connections • Ensure the stormwater pipes (on the ground) are properly fitted and watertight

Plumbing job, need this drainpipe downpipe reconnected, I cannot pull it up so maybe it needs another plastic ring.

Stormwater pipe and gutter down pipe are misaligned. Realign and fix. Needs to be flush with brick wall. If needing to remove/move down-pipe, need to ensure it is secured well back to brick wall.
