Its a 2nd storey home there are 3 places where eve boards need replacing and some downpipes with fresh silcone. A valley flashing to be cut back as it over hangs the tikes and silcobe fixed there. Several aeras on the roof just need fresh silcone. Its the natural cure silcone, also using stsinless steel screws etc if the are needed. Some alliumium spreeders to put put on the roof. Some painting of the eve boards and a few places need ridge cap pointing.

Due to recent storms part of wall gutter down pipe has come loose and needs to be secured back in place. Just one section. Two store house

House is single-storey but built on an elevated block (8 steps up to entry/deck). * One side: gutters are low and already quickly cleaned * Other side: gutters are high (similar to 2-storey access) – I can’t reach these One Downpipe on high side – outlet sits very low into the drain, which causes leaves to get stuck at the bottom. Needing to paint some waterproofing paint onto a back verandah, also install a 6mtr gutter and down pipe replacing the broken on also a little tree trimming for winter. Also have a little shower job just replacing the tile sealant within the shower to stop water from leaking within the shower.

I live in a single storey duplex and the gutters are rusted and damaged, it might need to be replaced or repaired. And small portion of eve needs to be replaced at the rear house. The three bedrooms and one bathroom house, so just budget is out of rough idea.
