Job: Downpipe Installation – Front of House I need a new downpipe installed at the front of my house. The gutters are not blocked, but water is overflowing on the right side gutter above the front right window. I have attached a photo (with the proposed downpipe location marked in blue). There is an existing downpipe at the back of the house, so this would be an additional one. The water should drop into the existing channel at ground level that runs to the back street. Scope of work: Come out first to inspect and advise what parts are needed. I will purchase the materials and paint them. Return to install the downpipe once ready. Please provide availability, call-out fee (if any), and installation cost.

Super glue bird spikes (supplied) on downpipe to stop bird from nesting. Downpipe will require some cleaning first due to previous nest. Height approx 5 metres. Will require own (big) ladder.

I have a drip from inside a metal down pipe. Starts when rains or overnight due to condensation. Very annoying. 2 story house. Where the water hits is about halfway up (easier to get to). Need someone to either: - fix length of rope to the top of the down pipe and hang it down the inside of the down pipe. Theory is that this will attract the water and stop the drip. - or cut open near where is dripping and glue some sponge or scouring pad to inside. Then repair cut down pipe. Whatever rope you got will do. Will need a ladder to get you up to the roof if you do that one. Have a video that I can send which should help. Thanks

Broken downpipe on bend below roof line

I need a reasonably quick bit of roof plumbing done, just bought a house and one of the downpipes just runs into the garden, need about 10-15 metres of pipe work done to splice it into the stormwater connected downpipe. It’s not a straight run but wouldn’t take that long to do. Also, no trenching required as it is a Queenslander and can be hung under floor or even straight along the deck face
