We run a studio in sumner and we have a white wall cyclorama made out of gyprock / plasterboard. We are having a water leak and need someone to carefully cut an approx 20cm wide vertical section out of the wall to expose the downpipe behind in order for plumbers to detect issue. Wall is approximately 5m high. We can provide and operate forklift with cage for access.

I need to replace with a new down pipe from the gutter. Currently the pipe is too old and holes.

Ok, so the bottom of the down pipe has a white flex hose that goes into the ground. These two pieces (the bottom of the downpipe & the flex hose are currently separate & need to be reconnected with a connector piece. A second downpipe has also been shredded by the whipper snipper, so a 'collar' needs to be placed over it & sealed with glue. Finally, inside the house a wall was repainted in the original colour but there is a slight (& noticeable colour difference) where the painting ends mid wall. So, I would like that new colour (which I have) to be painted across to the end of the wall (corner) so it does not look so noticeable. For the record this is not a large wall but a strip around a sliding door entry & then the larger area past that to the corner. Please see all photos for clarity. Thanks.

Need a drain installed and connected underground to downpipe. I have the drain but not the pipe. Distance is about 2m. Will need to be deep enough so not disturbed by working in garden

Botched pvc downpipe pop probably needs cutting out & hole in metal gutter tidied up. I have a metal pop. I have all the pipes. Downpipe to below window then elbow & approx 8m straight line across wall to water tank. Bend on the end into tank, so really only 2 bends. Couldn't find studs for pipe brackets through the vinyl cladding. High set. Gave up.

I have a rusted out square downpipe that my previous tenants look to have tried to fix with tape. Also a small bit of roofing where the guttering needs to be extended and downpipe perhaps moved if needed.

Existing downpipe spreader is non compliant. Need replaced or modified to disperse water away from flashing and requires compliant end cap to be fitted. Job needs to be invoiced for insurance but will pay on the day.

We need our 10 down pipes to be connected to the stormwater drain. Currently they are sitting joust above the drain hole with a sieve in place .
