Find a professional downpipe contractor in South East Melbourne

One of my downpipe spreaders are missing so I'm looking for someone to have it replaced. The bolts running up the downpipe seem to need replacing as well.

Plastic boot of down pipe is broken need replaced . Second thing is overflow pipe of tank need to be secured back to its place

From our building inspection report: The downpipe is not properly connected to the gutter, causing water to flow directly down the brick surface. This has resulted in staining and leaching on the bricks. It is recommended to have a plumber or roofing contractor reconnect the downpipe to the gutter system to ensure proper drainage and prevent further staining or potential damage to the brickwork.

Downpipe is in place, but I need it connected to the stormwater pipe. The stormwater pipe is about 10cm away from the end of the downpipe, as pictured. Relatively easy job. Looking for a suitably qualified person to complete the job.

Water keeps pooling under my house as the 3 down pipes on the side of the house are droken and do not drain properly. I have water puddles underneath the house. It is a small crawl space to enter under the house. I would need someone to install a sump pump and get under the house to fix the puddles. The down pipes are only half the problem as we live at the bottom of a hill and receive all the run off into our backyard.
