I have a catless downpipe and spark plugs that need to be installed for my BMW 330i g20 I also have the bodmod stage 2 tune I just need someone to flash it.

We need an experienced guttering professional to fix a gutter problem on our back veranda/granny flat in Norman Park. The current gutter is flat and not sloped correctly toward the drainage point. During heavy rain, the gutter overflows and water spills directly underneath, causing flooding to the apartment below. Scope of work: • Inspect the existing gutter fall and identify exact cause of overflow • Install one new downpipe at the corner • Install an additional downpipe in the middle section • Ensure both downpipes are properly connected to stormwater in a neat and visually tidy way • Adjust fall/gradient if required so water flows correctly to the outlets • Provide a clean, long-term solution that prevents water entering the apartment underneath Photos can be provided to help with quoting. Approx 1 meter section of a downpipe needs to be repainted in paving stone colour, due to having had the bottom part replaced recently, and some cosmetic damage in the top part that has left some black marks (see photo) You’ll need to provide the tools including paint Can be done any time Thank you!!

Leak where pitch changes to flat roof and drips into sunroom. One small section of gutter to be sealed at corner as dripping. Also one downpipe doesn’t get any water to it, not sure why. I am going to put $10 in task but obviously pay as per quote.

I am planning to remove a water tank and will need the installation of 1 diverter on existing pipes , plus addition on about 1 meter new pipe and an other diverter I am happy to buy what is required before the job starts

One end of gutter where down pipe is located is too high. Need to disconnect and reconnect lower so gutter flows towards down pipe. Roofer had said best to be done by a chippy

I wish to remove an empty slimline rainwater tank (approximately 1,000L). The down-pipe has been diverted about 4m to the tank and the overflow goes into the stormwater. The down-pipe will need to be rerouted straight down and the excess pipe removed. The Rapidplas tank is in good condition and could be re-used or council waste vouchers available.

stop valve stiff and leaking needs replaced in bathroom near shower. Toilet sewage down pipe seal leaks but needs part pipe replaced.. not sure if any work need done behind wall at valve so no idea of price next page for quote
