Rip down old facia, replace with new treated pine facia boards (supplied). Hang gutter on long edge (supplied) and cut down roof sheets on either side to flash and to run in to gutter. Apply flashing around edge of sheets to new facia (supplied). Install new eave board on top of old. Roof size is approx 8m x 5m. Some other work to clean and paint outside as well as internal lining etc as well for right handyman.

Hello Brad, I did put this task up about 2 weeks ago and Mum has just decided that she wants it done. It requires hanging a vinyl banner outside with access on a tin awning. You can screw the banner into the fixtures that are there. We would like it to be hung under the half moon, but Mum will be at the shop to answer any questions.
