I need a licenced waterproofer to check the waterproofing of wet areas (3 bathrooms and laundry) and if compliant provide a certificate for OC. These bathrooms have been functioning for many years without problems,but we need a certificate and are unable to find the original contractor. I am uncertain of the appropriate fee. Please advise.
