Patch 3 or 4 holes in the walls. Take out leaf litter and grass choking the gutters in places. Leaving this public housing 3 bedroom rental we've lived in for 20 years at Salisbury North and there are a few holes in the walls to fix up. The gutters have grass growing in a couple of spots so that will be a decent job. Im looking to do it cheaply, just enough to satisfy the final inspection. Airtasker made me pick a date and a price but they are both flexible. I can take photos for a quote if thats useful.
