Recently removed a built in laundry with very tough tiles to remove and we need to fix the render that got taken off the wall before we repaint it. Wall is 1600 x 2200. Plumber is coming to cap off pipes on Friday 3/7, so welcome to come anytime after that.

There are three to four small areas in our bedrooms and a hallway cupboard and that need to have render redone or replaced before we paint.

Looking for an experienced concreter or renderer to repair the damaged front edge of an external tiled doorstep. The work includes: * Carefully cut back/remove enough damaged and loose concrete to create a solid repair area. * Make good the damaged section with suitable exterior repair mortar/render. * Form a neat, consistent curved/rounded edge along the front of the step. * Blend the repair into the existing threshold and surrounding surfaces. * Protect the existing heritage tiles, timber gate and adjacent paving during the work. * Remove all debris and leave the area clean. The repaired edge needs to be durable, weather-resistant and ready for painting once cured. Please include labour, materials and tools in your offer. Photos show the current condition. Experience with concrete repairs, rendering and older properties preferred.

I need a tiler for a bathroom of about 45sqm. I have supplied the 600x600 tiles and would like to use epoxy grout throughout. Please provide full quote including material to render and pack out the wall. My brother will waterproof on top of the render. The tiles will be floor to ceiling. I need two small areas tiled and a small area rendered. I have had a gas heater removed and I need the area filled in and rendered, looking at the photos supplied you can see the painted and unpainted brick work, both brick styles will have to be rendered to a smooth surface. They don't have to be painted. Some blue tiles were damaged in the process and will have to be replaced. Some tiles to go around the shower. Some cutting will need to be involved, but the areas are small. I have tiles, and I can purchase some grout, but I do not have other tools to assist in the job.
