Rendering of Internal Room Walls + Small External Patch – Supply & Install Looking for an experienced renderer to straighten and smooth the existing walls in a room, ready for painting. The walls are already rendered, but the existing finish is very uneven and rough. I need a professional, straight, smooth finish. Scope of work: * 2 x walls measuring 3m long x 2.2m high each. * 1 x rear wall with a projecting nib, measuring approximately 2m + 1.8m + 2m, all 2.2m high. * Render both exposed brick columns shown in the photos. * Properly prepare existing painted walls for new render, including suitable surface preparation and bonding treatment to ensure good adhesion. * Install straight angle beads on the exposed ends of the two 3m walls, as these will become doorways in the future. * The small window shown in the photos will be removed and bricked up. The newly bricked-up section will require rendering internally and externally. * No rendering required around the large window, as this section is already boarded. Finish required: * Straight, level/plumb walls with a smooth finish suitable for painting. * Neat, straight corners and edges. * No painting required. Additional information: * Approximately 26m² of wall area before allowing for windows and columns. * All materials and labour to be supplied by the renderer. * No power points or light switches to work around, allowing a clear run. * Access is via the external concrete stairs shown in the photos. * Photos show the existing condition and access. Kitchen renovation in a first-floor unit in Randwick. Old wall tiles have been removed and the cement bed behind them has been ground back, but it still doesn't sit flush with the plastered wall above. Most of it will be hidden behind new cabinets. Only two small patches will stay visible, and they're marked in red on the attached photos: – Patch 1 (beside the doorway): approx. 600mm wide x 2.1m high, floor to old tile line – Patch 2 (beside the window): approx. 550mm wide x 1.2m high, from benchtop height up to the old tile line, wrapping slightly into the corner (Measurements are rough and as a guide only) Approx. 2–2.5 m² total. I have three exposed brick pillars and some exposed brick wall that I l just want rendered on my balcony. Photos attached.

I have reduced the height of existing banquette seats in my courtyard and removed wooden lids, I have had a farm and cement sheeting cut and added, it needs to be sealed and then the entire thing rendered to match the rest of the house.

Hang 2 picture frames on double brick rendered walls. Dimensions & Weight: Approx 62cm x 87cm each, plastic front (no glass), and lightweight at max 2.2kg each. Special Note: The hanging hardware/back pieces on one of the frames are slightly uneven (one is higher than the other), so some careful measuring and adjustment will be needed. Hardware: Please bring appropriate masonry fixings/hardware for double brick rendered walls. I will reimburse you for the cost of the hardware separately. We removed a small section of the brick wall next to the driveway, job is to patch render over the brick on one corner. Doesn’t need to match exactly to existing, just a tidying up job. No painting. Probably suits someone with another job in the area already.

I have had work carried out on my pool and the rendering lifted off, The area is dry and awaiting rendering work. Replacement area is about 3.5m long and 16 - 18 cm in wall height.

Scope of work: * Clean and prepare the existing brick surfaces. * Apply the appropriate bonding/base coat as required. * Apply render over the existing brick walls. * Straighten and level the surfaces where required. * Finish the render using a sponge finish technique, leaving a consistent and professional finish ready for painting. * Protect surrounding windows, doors, pipes, electrical boxes and other existing fixtures. * Clean up the work area after completion.
