We have just built a sunroom. We need the rendered walls Gyprocked and put a 90mm skirting at the bottom. Wall pictures attcahed. Dimensions/SIZES are updated in last photos.

Small kitchen area to be cement rendered, from floor to exposed bricks level see pictures, prior to us fitting new kitchen, its not a large area across three small sections of walls.

Looking for an experienced plasterer, renderer, or handyman to repair a section of damaged exterior render on the edge of a balcony slab.As shown in the photos, the external texture coating has cracked, flaked, and broken away along the bottom corner edge, exposing the internal reinforcing fiberglass mesh and the metal corner bead/substrate underneath. The damaged area spans roughly 30cm to 40cm along the edge.Requirements:Scrape away all loose, cracked, and blown render.Treat/patch the underlying edge (may need new corner bead patch or mesh reinforcement if structural integrity of that corner is compromised).Apply a new render/patching compound to flush it seamlessly with the existing wall.Apply a textured finish/paint to match the existing exterior wall as closely as possible.

Hi We have a letterbox pillar which is in one side of the entrance and needs moving to other side. Letterbox is bricked with rendered and painted. Move from left to right

Section cut out of brick wall for gate to be installed. 2 x Vertical sides of wall approx 1.2m high and 0.35m wide need to be done . Bricks are broken/ rough cut so needs padding/ flattening before rendering.

Looking for an experienced handyman/render repairer to repair the damaged section of rendered wall shown in the photo and repaint the area once repaired. Recently removed a built in laundry with very tough tiles to remove and we need to fix the render that got taken off the wall before we repaint it. Wall is 1600 x 2200. Plumber is coming to cap off pipes on Friday 3/7, so welcome to come anytime after that.

Looking for an experienced concreter or renderer to repair the damaged front edge of an external tiled doorstep. The work includes: * Carefully cut back/remove enough damaged and loose concrete to create a solid repair area. * Make good the damaged section with suitable exterior repair mortar/render. * Form a neat, consistent curved/rounded edge along the front of the step. * Blend the repair into the existing threshold and surrounding surfaces. * Protect the existing heritage tiles, timber gate and adjacent paving during the work. * Remove all debris and leave the area clean. The repaired edge needs to be durable, weather-resistant and ready for painting once cured. Please include labour, materials and tools in your offer. Photos show the current condition. Render 2 bathrooms and patch other walls in a three bedroom unit in Narrabeen. We have stripped out the whole apartment and completed plumbing and electrical roughing. We now need to render everything ready for waterproofing and painting

I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.
