Details: • Both fireplaces are original brick and need a smooth render finish. • Once rendered, they’ll be painted in a neutral colour (we’ll supply the paint). • Please include materials, tools, and labour in your quote. • Located in Earlwood. Easy access and parking available. Gutted bathroom in freshwater needs raw brick walls rendered (approximately 10 m²) and a small recess filled with bricks. Finished job must be flat and ready for tiling. Materials will be supplied. Needs to be completed during next week (Mon 20th Oct - Fri 24th Oct).

Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint.
