We have had renovations done in our backyard. Tearing off old furniture and fixtures has left marks plus some new chases cables. Rather than patch each one we want to render two walls that approx 4m long and 2m high. Plus a small end wall with additional cable chased.

We have a front fence 76 meters long. We are looking someone to lay cement blocks. The wall from footing up be 300mm high double blocks 460mm wide. The fence posts would go up another 1500 every 3 meters. Roughly 3000-3500 blocks to lay in total. Can provide materials cement bags etc Footing would be done by another contractor.

I’m looking for an experienced renderer to render the existing exterior brick walls shown in the attached photos. Scope of work: * Clean and prepare the existing brick surfaces. * Apply the appropriate bonding/base coat as required. * Apply render over the existing brick walls. * Straighten and level the surfaces where required. * Finish the render using a sponge finish technique, leaving a consistent and professional finish ready for painting. * Protect surrounding windows, doors, pipes, electrical boxes and other existing fixtures. * Clean up the work area after completion. Measurements (Length × Height): * 9600 mm × 2600 mm * 1050 mm × 2050 mm * 3040 mm × 2060 mm * 2500 mm × 2520 mm * 1800 mm × 2490 mm Total wall area is approximately 44 m² before deductions for windows/openings. Section cut out of brick wall for gate to be installed. 2 x Vertical sides of wall approx 1.2m high and 0.35m wide need to be done . Bricks are broken/ rough cut so needs padding/ flattening before rendering.

Need a renderer to smooth at all walls of a single room. Photos attached, fireplace is to remain open and as is.

Looking for an experienced handyman/render repairer to repair the damaged section of rendered wall shown in the photo and repaint the area once repaired. The task will include: * Removing any loose or damaged render/paint * Repairing and patching the damaged render properly * Sanding/preparing the surface for a smooth finish * Painting the repaired section to blend in with the existing wall We already have the matching paint. Tasker will need to supply all other materials required for the repair, as well as their own tools and equipment. Recently removed a built in laundry with very tough tiles to remove and we need to fix the render that got taken off the wall before we repaint it. Wall is 1600 x 2200. Plumber is coming to cap off pipes on Friday 3/7, so welcome to come anytime after that.

Looking for an experienced concreter or renderer to repair the damaged front edge of an external tiled doorstep. The work includes: * Carefully cut back/remove enough damaged and loose concrete to create a solid repair area. * Make good the damaged section with suitable exterior repair mortar/render. * Form a neat, consistent curved/rounded edge along the front of the step. * Blend the repair into the existing threshold and surrounding surfaces. * Protect the existing heritage tiles, timber gate and adjacent paving during the work. * Remove all debris and leave the area clean. The repaired edge needs to be durable, weather-resistant and ready for painting once cured. Please include labour, materials and tools in your offer. Photos show the current condition. Render 2 bathrooms and patch other walls in a three bedroom unit in Narrabeen. We have stripped out the whole apartment and completed plumbing and electrical roughing. We now need to render everything ready for waterproofing and painting

I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.
