Hi there ! I have an outdoor umbrella that is broken and needs to be taken down and disposed of. It is about 3 metres tall, and has small hinges in the ground which also need to be cut with the right tools. The task would include - detaching from the floor - taking down - removing from the property and disposing appropriately There is access to the garden through a drive way.
