I need a single mattress, a daybed, deconstructed bookshelves, a benchtop dishwasher and a rocking chair to be picked up and taken to the tip. Firrst floor apartment, no lift. Will need two people.

I need under house timber extraction and disposal. The crawl space is reasonable, there is no standing space under the unit but there is clearance throughout. The timber could be quite long and heavy but not totally sure. There may also be some other plastic material and other items under there but not tonnes of dense rubble or demolition waste. I would also like it taken away and disposed of.

Removal and responsible disposal of old IKEA sofa. It has been broken down into smaller components as pictured. 8 pieces in total. The longest piece is approx L200cm x W70cm x D10cm. 4 pieces W70cm × L140cm - different depths (1 x 7cm, 1 x 15cm, 2 x 25-30cm). 3 cushioned parts - one is L130cm x W80cm x H10cm, one is L130cm x W45cm x D20cm, and one is L70cm x W45cm x D20cm. Hopefully these measurements are helpful. There is lift access available.
