The pull-out hose on my IKEA kitchen mixer split and caused water damage to the cabinet under the sink and floor. The job is to remove and disconnect the kitchen mixer and all under sink plumbing. Then a cabinet maker will install the new cabinet. Then I'll need you to return to reconnect everything. New kitchen mixer tap supplied but you might need other materials to complete the job. Will also need: – Kickboards reinstalled – Plumbing hole allowances cut for pipes, waste, and mixer hoses (same positions as current).

I had a burst pipe and there is water under my laminate floor, need help getting the water out from underneath and ensuring it is fully dry (price negotiable)

An irrigation system is already installed in the front yard; however, sprinkler heads have not yet been fitted. We would like to have around 12 sprinkler heads installed and connected to the existing system. Area roughly 75m2.

Plumbing work needed done in my bathroom. Removal of bath tape, reposition shower head, move washing machine taps and disconnect current ones.

I need : - RED taps and faucet removed. - BLUE moves to the right side wall. - GREEN converted to a mixer for single lever faucet. - the water heater and connecting pipes may also need slight adjustment . The idea is to move from an L shape to a straight shape . The washing machine up against the right wall facing out to left. And the sink and cupboard next to it on the right. See pics as example.

Our toilet system seems to have a blockage and needs to be looked at. Doesn’t seem to be anything obvious stuck there. A few buckets of hot water seems to temporarily fix it.

My budget stated is not realistic, I have no idea how much this would cost. I live in units. I have 3 sets of taps ready to go. Need someone to come out and just replace the taps quickly and without fuss as the water to the whole complex needs to be shut off.

The bidet on my toilet is leaking so we want to remove it 😊 offering $50

There is water on the floor around the toilet. Not sure if it’s the toilet leaking or the bidet on the toilet that is leaking. Need someone to check and fix whatever is wrong. Thanks 😊

The base of the toilet is not secure and main pipe connected to bowl has started leaking and the spout on kitchen sink is leaking

-Need the existing sink feed moved closer to the other so new vanity drawers don't clash with water feed on right of photos. -Supply and replace external water supply filter -Hot water system check over and service. Works fine currently.

I think dishwasher is leaking under floor board

Washing machine & Cat Genie both have water inlet hoses & use the same tap until the laundry sink. I have the connector (see photo) but I can't get the connections to not leak when I turn the tap on.

We are on first floor of apartment complex. Install 54cm free standing Chef Brand gas cooker (it is already in unit). Dispose of old free standing gas cooker. Check Bosch gas hot water system. It is making choking noise. Fix leaking tap in laundry.
