Require a new kitchen mixer tap to be installed (already purchased); old one removed and disposed of.

I’m needing a sink tap to be changed into a mix mixer tap. Photo attached. I’m needing a gas pipe to be capped off. And I’m needing a shower mixer tap washer to be changed. It is a ground floor apartment so the good thing is there’s no stairs :). Please see attached photos.

Shower Mixer tap has been removed from behind tile by digging out brick wall and cutting away tile. 3x water pipes have been capped. I bought a new mixer tap but the alignment is slightly out. Need someone to manipulate pipework new mixer tap in place. I will repack wall and tile once complete with no leaks. Thank you.

Mixer tap in laundry is really stiff, and needs investigation. Hard to access from below so I need a plumber to do this one for me. Might need replacement. Another not as bad in bathroom adjacent.

Bolt under the sink is loose. Need special tool to tighten it. It’s hard to reach, up and behind sink.

Remove old leaking kitchen mixer tap and replace it with a new one featuring ceramic disc cartridges. The final style of the new tap is yet to be confirmed, but it should be durable and prevent future leaks.

I need two mixer taps changed from older ones to the ones in my photos attached. Both for bathrooms. Would need this done tomorrow please🙂

we have 3 of the same toilet in house (9 years old) but only one continually flushing/ running. Ive tried adjusting float but no joy. Currently have water release valve next to toilet screwed in as much as possible so water runs slow, therefore cistern fills up slowly once flushed. Have photos if that helps. Not willing to pay more than $100 for this type of job.

Cold water tap on the right has no water flowing out. Just a trickle. Suspects to be needing washer replacement. Hot water tap on the left flows out of the same outlet and is working totally fine.
