Install a new Caroma Liano II pull-out sink mixer (tap supplied), replacing an existing kitchen mixer. The current tap causes noticeable pipe shudder/vibration when turning the water on (not off), likely fixed by installing the new tap, I’d like this investigated and resolved as part of the job if possible.

Just need to replace old mixer tap for new mixer tap. There is minimal space behind the under mounted sink, so the right tools will be required to get the tap tight. Ready anytime. Flexible, but sooner rather than later would be good.

Need fixing a leaking shower, should be a quick and easy job for a handy person

Looking for a plumber to check leaking shower tub on first floor. Noted water underneath on the ground floor ceiling.

Old showerhead was leaking and has been replaced with a new showerhead. New showerhead is also leaking immediately so obviously something else going on.

We have a slow leaking shower that likely needs washer replacement on both hot/cold taps. While we have the plumber on site, we would like to get a general plumbing inspection done ( no active complaints of any kind as such ) Location Murrumba Downs. Flexible with timings and days.

An experienced handyman with some carpentry ,flooring & plumbing skills to carry out the bathroom shower floor repairs. Please see the attached photos. 1. Water is leaking through the shower tiled floor cracks into the walls around (hallway, laundry, toilet) damaging the gyprock wall that needs to be cutout and replaced. 2. Shower tiled flooring either needs to be property regrouted and sealed. If the tiles are porous as they are old, we can consider replacing the tiles with some waterproofing layer beneth. 3. Replaced gyprock board (small area of 2 SQM) needs to be painted. I think this is a tiny job of 15 mins or so 4. Properly seal all areas including taps, kitchen, laundry
