Test and Bond Plumbing to Main Earth – Scarborough. My water line comes in at the front of property and splits in 2 different directions. In the photo attached I’ve circled where the water comes into property and then diverges.

In the garden where there was deep hole of pooling water when I tested the sprinklers. I dug around it and found the attached picture with the lid off. I’m assuming it’s the system that supplies the water and may have had a leak. But now it’s not working at all so I may have cut a wire

This helped temporarily, but the issue has returned. • I’ve tried chemical unblockers and plunging, which only provide short-term relief. • All other household drains (bathrooms, toilets, laundry) are fine – the issue appears isolated to the kitchen line. • The kitchen waste pipe runs from upstairs, down into the garden, before joining the sewer line. • It could be a partial blockage, a venting issue, or a combination – but I’ll leave that to the pros to determine. What I need done: • Inspect the kitchen waste line with a CCTV drain camera. • Mechanically clear the line if required (auger or high-pressure jet). • Check venting/air admittance valve and repair or install if needed. • Replace the current kitchen tap (new tap supplied – this is purely a cosmetic upgrade) 💡 Note on budget: I’ve set a placeholder only – please quote based on what you think is required after inspection.

Description: We need an urgent repair at an Airbnb property with guests currently staying. Roller blind has come off the wall. The fixings/brackets are loose and need to be secured so the blind can stay in place. This is the priority, as guests cannot sleep without it. Toilet seat is loose and needs to be tightened. Requirements: Must be able to attend urgently (today if possible). Please ensure minimal disturbance to guests. Bring required tools and fixings.

Maytag top loader leaking hot water. Water seeping from underneath. Isolated taps and cold seems ok. Water is clear

Have a shower in an ensuite that is leaking onto the carpets of the master bedroom, Suspect it may be the waterproofing and have regrout team coming tomorrow wanting a plumber to complete a pressure test in the meantime and have a look also.
